Questions parents ask
- Can I cancel, and do you refund?
- Cancel anytime from the grown-up zone — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew. Payments are final, so we do not offer refunds for time already billed.
- Can my child tap their way into buying something?
- No. Payments and settings sit behind a math gate a small child cannot solve, and there are no outside links anywhere in the app.
- How does the sleep timer end a story?
- The narration fades down over a few seconds and stops. There is no click and no silence that suddenly cuts in.
