The Little Red Hen

“In a cheerful barnyard lived a cheerful Little Red Hen. One sunny morning, she found a tiny golden grain of wheat. "Who will help me plant this wheat?" she asked. "Not I," purred the lazy cat. "Not I," barked the sleepy dog. "Not I," grunted the cozy pig. "Then I will," said the Little Red Hen, and she tucked it into the warm earth.”
